MENA Construction Summit 2022

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how the construction industry does business, from scheduling, to closing and delivering projects, to hiring staff, and meeting with clients. After a turbulent period of ever-changing expectations, 2022 is looking to be a year of re-emergence and growth within the construction industry in the MENA region.

Smart technology advancements in Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) such as AI, robotics, 3D printing, IoT and big data analytics have disrupted industries worldwide, and they will continue to change the future landscape of the construction industry, improving the ability to win projects and increase profit margins.

Furthermore, the construction sector is the biggest consumer of raw materials and generates between 25% to 40% of the world’s carbon emissions. Climate change directly affects the sector through weather and climate but can also indirectly make impacts such as site programming, delay, extra expense, labourer’s safety, material cost and delivery.

The MENA Construction Summit 2022 will focus on the re-emergence of the construction industry coming out of the pandemic and will additionally explore how new technologies are continuing to transform design and construction processes, whilst helping to reduce waste and mitigate environmental impact.

After a successful second edition of the summit in 2021 that boasted over 1000 attendees representing the biggest regional construction companies, the 3rd edition of the MENA Construction Summit is designed to continue to support the regional construction ecosystem for smart and sustainable cities and rapidly change the operational dynamics of construction companies.

Bringing together key players from across the construction value chain, the event will showcase some of the latest research and innovations driving improvements in productivity, quality, reliability, cost-savings, waste-reduction, and energy efficiency and how you can employ these methods in your projects.

Join us in person for the 3rd edition of the MENA Construction Summit on Wed 18 May 2022, as we explore the many ways of using innovation and technology to construct sustainable buildings of the future, whilst showcasing, discussing, and examining case studies from the region’s greatest giga projects through an immersive agenda with interactive panel discussions, fireside chats, and keynote presentations.

With participants in attendance from important government stakeholders, project owners, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, digital technology & equipment and software service provider solution companies; this is an exclusive opportunity for networking in person with high-profile individuals, deepening your understanding of the construction sector in the MENA region, making the right investments, whilst ensuring better project delivery and finding your own subsequent future growth opportunities.
